Your items are sent the same day via Royal Mail once payment has been recieved, providing orders have been placed and paid for within the specified operation times as set below:

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday - 09.00 to 16.30

Saturday - 09.00 to 11.00

Online orders can be placed 24/7 365 - Any orders placed outside the above times will be processed the next working day (including Saturday).

• 99% of our mail, delivered by Royal Mail Business 1st Class is delivered the next working day.

• We currently outsource our couriers. If you wish to use this facility, please let us know. Delivery is from 24 hours.

• Due to Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day Business Policy, any orders placed on a Friday for a next day (Saturday) delivery to a business address is not guaranteed. Therefore, orders placed on a Thursday will be guaranteed to be delivered to the business address for the following day (Friday).

• Please note: that due to the cut-off times at post offices for accepting special deliveries, orders placed after 3.30pm will be processed as first class post, and the difference in cost will be refunded shortly thereafter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

• If you prefer an alternative delivery method other than those offered, then please let us know.

Although great effort is taken to ensure your item(s) get to you in good working order, and within potential postal times; we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items. Therefore, if you require an item to be tracked, the special delivery option upon checkout will be best suited.
